National Cyber Security Alliance Partners with RSA Conference 2013 to Shed Light on Information Security Issues

WASHINGTON, Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), a non-profit public-private partnership focused on helping all digital citizens stay safer and more secure online, has partnered with the upcoming RSA Conference 2013, from Feb. 25-March 1, as a proud association sponsor in hosting several activities that raise awareness about the importance of information security.

The annual conference - now in its 20th year - will focus on the information security industry's most important issues including privacy, application and mobile security, identity and access management and others. Together the NCSA and RSA will host several activities including: a fireside chat event with RSA Executive Chairman Arthur Coviello and NCSA Executive Director Michael Kaiser; several social media activities and an evening cocktail party.

As the information security field continues to grow in importance and influence, the RSA conference plays an integral role in keeping security professionals across the globe connected and educated. For the past several years, NCSA has been significantly involved in the RSA Conference as it presents the perfect venue to bring together its leadership and others to discuss how they can collectively work together to combat information security issues.
