Multi-Tech Systems Announces Availability of New M2M Products

There are three new embedded products: the SocketModem(R) Cell Embedded Cellular Modems with a Universal Socket form factor, the QuickCarrier USB Embedded USB Cellular Modems and the MultiConnect OCG-E Open Communications Gateways, an open Linux development environment and a fully certified hardware offering. New models of three external devices are now available as well: the MultiModem(R) rCell Intelligent Wireless Routers, the MultiModem(R) iCell Intelligent Cellular Modems and MultiConnect OCG-D Open Communications Gateways. All of these solutions are carrier approved as end devices and feature Telit's HE910-D penta-band HSPA+ modules to offer faster communication speeds with the newest network technologies. They also offer longer product lifecycles with backward compatibility to legacy 2G networks.
