Research and Markets Adds Report: The Fight for Consumer Broadband Supremacy: How Telcos Are Getting Their Broadband Mojo Back

In a release, Research and Markets noted that report highlights include: A seemingly insatiable demand for streaming and data is putting more strain on broadband suppliers than ever before. It is not inconceivable for a modern home to require speeds of 50Mbps in order to fully experience the range of simultaneous HD video and data streaming on multiple devices such as smart TVs, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, tablets, smartphones, etc.

They are confidently offering speeds of up to 100 Mbps over original networks simply by making network gear changes in distribution offices and by installing new modems in homes.
