PolicyPak Releases Pak To Preserve Settings in Real VNC Viewer

Feb 04, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Real VNC Viewer is the latest application to be tackled by PolicyPak Software, a leader in Group Policy and desktop management solutions.

The pre-configured Pak for Real VNC Viewer allows IT admins to assign configuration settings to users without worrying that users will work around them.

The VNC Pak ensures that configurations set by admins are adhered to, so the application is always fully operational and conforms to IT's set standards.

Admins have the option of configuring basic and advanced options in the application via PolicyPak. A video on how to use the VNC Pak can be found on the PolicyPak website.

"If the VNC client doesn't have the right settings, admins won't be able to use the tool as intended. With PolicyPak consistently reinforcing the setting, the IT admin can always be sure VNC is running properly. " says Jeremy Moskowitz, founder of PolicyPak Software and Group Policy MVP.

PolicyPak can deliver settings using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, Dell KACE, or any other management tool.

IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the PolicyPak software can get a free trial by attending a Group Policy Webinar at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.

Customers who use PolicyPak to manage Real VNC Viewer are also able to manage, lockdown and remediate the settings for all of their other enterprise desktop applications the same way, such as Firefox, Java, Acrobat , and custom applications. These other Paks are included free for PolicyPak Professional customers.
