NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said Thursday that the Grammy and Oscar-winning singer would join the Sandy Hook chorus. It features 26 children from the school in Newtown, Conn., where 20 first-graders and six adults were killed in a Dec. 14 shooting rampage.

Lohan seeks $1M from company over fashion lineLOS ANGELES (AP) _ Lindsay Lohan sued her former collaborators on a clothing line on Thursday, seeking more than $1.1 million and renewed control of the brand's trademarks. The lawsuit claims a clothing manufacturer who previously worked with Lohan continues to sell items under the actress' 6126 Collection, which started out as a legging brand and had ambitions to expand into other clothing items.

Producer behind fun. takes center stage at GrammysNEW YORK (AP) _ When music producer Jeff Bhasker _ the mastermind behind fun.'s breakthrough _ had thoughts of becoming a musician, the high school student in the jazz band figured he would play keyboard for a talented singer looking to carve a space in the musical universe. "In the jazz world you become a side man, say with like Miles Davis. You become Miles Davis' keyboard player and then you learn from Miles, and then you have your own group," he explained.

Fox's Geraldo Rivera weighing US Senate run in NJNEWARK, N.J. (AP) _ Geraldo Rivera says he's seriously thinking about running for U.S. Senate in New Jersey. Rivera, who hosts a weekend show on Fox News Channel, said Thursday on his daily radio show on WABC-AM in New York that he's "truly contemplating" becoming a candidate. He says he has spoken to some people in the New Jersey GOP about a run.
