NACT Unveils Two New Products at ITEXPO January 30 - February 1, in Miami, FL

Amityville, NY / Miami, FL, Jan 30, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- NACT Solutions, the leading provider of prepaid telephony solutions, today announced two new products: the NACT- SIP Softphone Client for iPhone and Android devices, and the new NACT Cloud Bridge. NACT is showcasing these new products in Booth # 431 at ITEXPO this week in Miami, Florida.

NACT's Softphone client for iPhone and Android devices is used for prepaid or post-paid international calling via Wi-Fi or the cellular network. Automatic provisioning is administered via the NACT Pincaso Web portal, which sends customer login credentials via text message, along with a link to download the app.

"In our ever expanding global economy, convenient and cost effective phone access is a must, regardless of where you are," said Eric Goodstein, Director of Sales for NACT. "Our Softphone app is simple to provision, and it enables travelers to make and receive international calls using their current cell phone number." The NACT Cloud Bridge can connect up to 1,000 individuals to and from domestic and international locations. Sold to service providers as a white label solution, the Cloud Bridge features customized greetings and moderator functions; call recording capabilities; simplified scheduling via the NACT Pincaso Web portal; email notifications to participants; and simplified procedures for adding and dropping participants to existing calls.

NACT's Cloud Bridge is available in three different options: automated, reservation-less and reservation. The product supports multiple conference rooms at the same time. Calls are password protected, and up to 1,000 people can be connected on a single bridge and multiple bridges can be used to scale the system to even larger levels.

"The Cloud Bridge enhances communications in a manner that helps companies increase their efficiency, speed decision making, and reduce their travel budgets," said Arnie Goodstein, CEO of NACT. "Through email notification and simplified password processes, we're making it easy for businesses to connect with their employees and customers around the globe."
