Tiverity Deploys Cisco Solution for World's Global Source

Atlanta, GA, Jan 15, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Tiverity recently announced the successful deployment of a world-class Cisco telecommunications solution for World's Global Source (WGS), a US-based company that provides and handles global textile and apparel manufacturing. The solution, designed around Cisco's Call Manager Business Edition 5000, includes optimized network and voice communications, mobile telephony, presence, and desktop video conferencing - all of which will support WGS's continued growth while improving communication and enabling collaboration across its geographically dispersed work environment.

"We selected Tiverity because of their thorough assessment of our global operations, and focus on an optimal solution that was right for our business over the long-term," said Michael Bernstein, Founder, President and CEO of WGS.

Tiverity will provide ongoing support of the new Cisco solution and WGS's IT infrastructure under a recently executed three-year Maintenance and Support Agreement, while continuing to address new technology requirements on a project basis. The Tiverity team is currently engaged in a video surveillance installation and enablement, and site connectivity project at WGS's recently acquired 8,000 square foot warehouse in Roswell, Georgia.

"It is exciting to be a part of WGS' growth", stated Pete Schamberger, Tiverity CEO. "Our partnering success with their organization affirms one of our most touted internal values - We build partnerships, not client lists. We strongly believe that customer engagements based on strategic, long-term technology planning enable both parties to reach or exceed their overall business goals while realizing the highest return possible on their technological investments.
