Audax Health™ Appoints Four Executives to Its Leadership Team

WASHINGTON --(Business Wire)--

Audax Health™, an end-to-end digital health company, today announced the appointment of four industry leaders to its already robust executive team. Camille Watson, chief marketing officer; Tom Perrault, chief people officer; Dogu Celebi, senior vice president of informatics; and Phil Harker, senior vice president of client development and operations, will aid the growth and development of the company as it continues to revolutionize the health care experience for consumers and industry stakeholders alike.

Camille Watson brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience to Audax Health and will lead the company's national marketing and branding efforts. With a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, Ms. Watson began her career in brand management for Proctor and Gamble and The Clorox Company. She subsequently held marketing leadership positions at several highly successful consumer Internet companies including Netflix, StubHub, and GameFly. Most recently, Ms. Watson was the vice president of marketing and communications at LivingSocial (News - Alert), where she was responsible for overseeing execution of the company's marketing, communications and brand strategy on a global scale.

As the chief people officer for Audax Health, Tom Perrault will leverage his strong background in organizational development and workforce management to oversee the company's human resources operations and its quickly scaling employee base. As part of Mr. Perrault's responsibilities, he will also spearhead recruiting initiatives to attract, maintain and develop new and existing talent for the company's headquarters in Washingtn, D.C. and its San Francisco, Calif., office. He most recently served as the vice president of human resources at Meebo, a social networking company in Mountain View, Calif., that was acquired by Google (News - Alert). In addition, Mr. Perrault has held senior human resources positions at Glu Mobile, a mobile gaming company; ZipRealty, a technology-based real estate company; and Blue Shield of California, an independent member of the Blue Shield Association.


Dogu Celebi, MD, MPH is a clinical epidemiologist and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in managed care, health services research and medical informatics. In Dr. Celebi's new role as senior vice president, informatics at Audax Health, he will draw upon his expertise in population health and care management, performance measurement, health risk assessment and clinical payment systems to help drive the company's revenue strategy under the direction of Chief Customer Solutions Officer Brian Dolan (News - Alert). He joins Audax Health from OptumInsight, a leading health services business, where he focused on driving the strategic B2B growth of the company through the development of large-scale care and disease management programs and market-leading analytics and informatics tools for measuring health care quality, efficiency and outcomes. Prior to OptumInsight, Dr. Celebi held senior management positions at Ingenix, IHCIS and CIGNA.

Phil Harker is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of health care and consulting experience. Mr. Harker will serve as senior vice president, client development and operations at Audax Health and will oversee all customer relationships and operation executions. Throughout Mr. Harker's career, he has focused on the deployment of new and innovative technologies to enable solutions for large-scale issues and initiatives in the health care industry. He spent the past 10 years at Optum/Ingenix in various senior leadership roles within the company's payer solution practice group. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at TenFold Corporation and served as a senior consultant with Deloitte (News - Alert) and in the national health care practice at Touche Consulting Group. He earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS from Brigham Young University.
