Todays NASDAQ Gainers Investors Should Know About: (NASDAQ: CLWR), (NASDAQ: ROSG)

(MacReport Media Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ClearwireCorporation (NASDAQ: CLWR),a provider of fourth-generation (4G) wireless broadband services, is soaring in mid-day trading today after the company received a takeover offer from DISH Network Corp. (NASDAQ: DISH).


DISH has offered to acquire CLWR for $3.30 per share, which is above Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) offer. Sprint, which owns 51% of CLWR, had offered to acquire remaining stake in the company last month. However, DISH has come up with a superior offer for CLWR.

CLWR is currently trading 7.71% higher at $3.14 on volume of 67.05 million, which is more than two times the daily average volume of 27.45 million.

ROSG has broken through $5 resistance level as a result of todays rally. This is a strong bullish signal. The next resistance level for the stock is at around $6.
