CustVox and Jacobsons Direct Enter Into Middle Eastern CEM Partnership

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Zürich, Switzerland -- CustVox, the Swiss based Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions provider, has recently entered into a trading partnership with Jacobsons Direct, one of the top marketing agencies in the Middle East. This new collaboration between CustVox and Jacobsons Direct, will enable CustVox to leverage the reach of Jacobsons in the region, and develop the market for its innovative Voice of the Customer (VoC) Hub, one of the most effective, unified, SaaS based CEM platforms available.


The partnership between CustVox and Jacobsons sees Jacobsons become a reseller for the CustVox product range. Jacobsons will also be providing local CEM consultancy services, in the Arabic language to Middle Eastern customers. CustVox already has a history of dealing with large corporations in the region, including the Emirates airline. By teaming up with Jacobsons, CustVox is going to build on its track record in the Middle East, with Jacobsons providing the boots on the ground to proactively market the CustVox product range, using its own local expertise.
