Pinnacle Business Systems Acquires St. Croix Solutions

EDMOND, Okla. --(Business Wire)--

Pinnacle Business Systems, a privately owned leading technology solution provider and systems integrator, today announced the acquisition of St. Croix Solutions, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The acquisition furthers the strategic expansion of Pinnacle's coverage and expertise in providing advanced technology solutions.

Backed by 25 years of experience, with a team of more than 70 employees, Pinnacle provides IT solutions to companies across the Central and Southern U.S. This is the second acquisition for Pinnacle Business Systems following its 2004 purchase of The Kalos Group.

"This acquisition represents the best strategic move for both Pinnacle and St. Croix Solutions as it supports our combined strategic focus on enhancing services and solution offerings that drive growth and efficiencies for our customers," said ob Anderson, CEO of Pinnacle Business Systems. "At a time that is crucial for economic recovery, we are confident that the combined company will increase our competitive advantage in products, consultative support and overall value to our customers."

Pinnacle has invested significantly in growing strategic practice areas, such as Security and Networking, in recent years and that investment has been a big differentiator to Pinnacle's customers. "Our customers continue to ask us to invest in broader areas of IT and business solutions and these practices will have an immediate impact on St. Croix's customers," said Anderson.

St. Croix Solutions has been in business since 2004 and complements Pinnacle's strategic initiatives with innovative solution and service offerings. Jennifer VanDerHorst-Larson, St. Croix Solution's former owner and CEO, stated, "St. Croix has a reputation for strong infrastructure expertise but the market was dictating that customers needed a end-to-end partner that could also address information security, data assurance and unified communications. I realized that our market would be best served by this collaboration of expertise and truly feel that Pinnacle Business Systems best fits our cultural integrity and commitment to the customer." Jennifer and husband Dave will continue to head up Vibrant Technologies (News - Alert), a remarketed IT solutions' company, and focus on their contributions raising awareness to the care and treatment of autism through The Holland Center, a school for autistic children.

Chris Perrault, St. Croix Vice President of Sales, adds, "Together, the companies combine their teams of certified, experienced professionals and advanced solution offerings. Providing end-to-end solutions that help organizations optimize their information technology investment and achieve business results will remain our most pressing objective."
