Dialtel Extends Service Offerings to Debt Settlement Firms

Nov 26, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Dialtel is extending its Greendialer Hosted Platform to Debt Settlement Firms that are looking to create Exclusive Debt Settlement Leads.

When the economy is doing poorly, Debt Settlement is a very clear choice for consumers that are buried in debt. The turf war is under way between competing Debt Settlement Firms to find the people that need this service. Dialtel is providing the tools necessary to give an edge to the organizations that are trying to create Debt Consolidation Leads.

Live Transfer Leads and Voicemail Leads are the two most popular methods for creating Exclusive Debt Settlement Leads.

With Live Transfer Leads, a pre-recorded message will provide information about the product or service. At the end of this message the called party will press a touch-tone such as 1 to transfer to a live representative for more information. When the called party presses the required touch-tone, the call will be transferred to the number stored in the system.

With Voicemail Leads, a pre-recorded message will provide information about the product or service. At the end of this message the called party will press a touch-tone such as 1 for more information. When the called party presses the required touch-tone, a second message will play providing further information. At the end of this second message the called party will be asked to leave their information after the tone. The message they leave will get stored on the server and will be available for immediate download.

Each of these methods can be very effective for producing high quality leads. Live Transfer Leads are better suited for call center environments while Voicemail Leads are better suited for SOHO operations.

The cost for running this service is very reasonable. As an example, Dialtel does not have any setup charges or hidden fees. The only charge for using the service is for the successful calls that are completed with the system. The estimated cost to run 10,000 successful calls is around $100 - $150. The average response ratio is 1%. Clients can expect the cost per transfer or voice-mail to be somewhere between $1 - $2.
