Stelera Wireless Successfully Launches Billing and OSS Platform From LogiSense

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario --(Business Wire)--

LogiSense (News - Alert) (www.logisense.com), a global provider of Billing and OSS software, today reported its successful product launch with Stelera Wireless (News - Alert).

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Stelera Wireless deploys broadband services to rural markets throughout the United States. The company services a unique and underserved market and has seen substantial growth in customers and bandwidth requirements.

Using Evolved High Speed Packet Access (HSPA+) Network Technology, Stelera provides premium services at a reduced cost. In addition to industry leading network capabilities, Stelera provides Nomadic Connectivity - a feature that permits customer network portability.

"We needed automation around our financial reporting, provisioning and in our relationships with our agents. LogiSense is known for its strength in these core areas," said Bill Short, Director of Operations for Stelera. "We are committed to providing the best customer experience and this fills in the missing piece of the puzzle."

LogiSense's lagship product EngageIP, allows Stelera to simplify the customer acquisition process by providing self-care signup portals for agents across the country. The support of customers beyond the sign-up stage is now more easily managed with the advanced ticketing system provided with the software.

"Our growth is no longer limited to our billing and OSS platform," added Short. "Our marketing initiatives are kicking into overdrive now that our signup and support issues have been resolved."

"LogiSense and Stelera both believe in strong business practices and strong customer relationships," said Flavio Gomes, President of LogiSense. "When like-minded organizations come together, it always turns out to be an enjoyable experience. Stelera is extremely passionate about what they do and it shows in their product."
