HEDLOC Builds on SugarCRM Jive !App Experiences to Provide a New Way to Sell

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/02/12 -- HEDLOC, a worldwide reseller and apps partner of Jive Software, the industry's largest pure-play social business provider, announces new and innovative capability to their HEDLOC CRM App with today's launch of Jive !App Experiences.

Released into the Jive Apps Market in January 2012, HEDLOC CRM integrates both SugarCRM & Jive, enabling sales teams to see their most critical activities, leads and opportunities from within the Jive social business platform. Salespeople can then use the powerful social capabilities within Jive to collaborate with other knowledge workers within their companies, helping them reduce sales cycles and increase win rates by connecting them to the right information at the critical time.

HEDLOC CRM !App Experiences provides a more intuitive way to discover, share and discuss content. New features now allow users to securely embed details from accounts, opportunities and contacts in Jive, making it easier to collaborate on sales activities by creating a social dialogue around CRM records. CRM Actions allow sales team members to capitalise on new ideas, solutions or opportunities that develop in the social platform by enabling the creation of CRM tasks or calls based on community content.

HEDLOC's President and CEO Bruno Pisano says, "This approach is key to our belief that a successful enterprise social solution isn't about creating yet another 'silo' of information for users. It's about enabling users to socialise content from systems that they already use." "We're turning the old model of portlets, Web Parts, and dashboards on its head -- moving from a world where users have to jump from one application to another, to a single integrated experience where everything you need is at your fingertips with Jive !App experiences," says Robin Bordoli, Vice President of Jive Apps Market at Jive. "We're excited to partner with HEDLOC a pioneer in cloud integrations in bringing their CRM !App to market. Jive users with the CRM !App will be able to bring lead, opportunity, and account information from SugarCRM directly into Jive discussions so sales reps can easily collaborate on important deals to drive higher win rates and revenue." "The focus is on a better user experience," says Pisano. "We're providing an effortless way to share and discuss existing content from SugarCRM in Jive which in turn increases productivity and efficiency for sales and marketing people." HEDLOC CRM with the new !App Experiences is now available through the Jive Apps Market for organisations that are using Jive's next-generation social business platform available in Jive Cloud and SugarCRM.
