Pardot Recognized for Outstanding Growth at 2012 Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Awards

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/01/12 -- For the third straight year, leading marketing automation software provider Pardot has been recognized as one of Atlanta's top 50 fastest-growing companies at the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Pacesetter Awards.

The annual Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Awards honors privately-held companies headquartered in the Atlanta area that have experienced rapid growth over a two-year period. Businesses are ranked according to a growth index formula weighing total revenue, revenue growth rate over time, and number of employees. In 2010, Pardot was named the number one fastest-growing technology company and third fastest-growing overall.

"It is very exciting for us to see our growth continue at these rates," said Adam Blitzer, chief operating officer and co-founder at Pardot. "We've been fortunate to add more than 100 new clients each quarter since the beginning of 2011. Our own Pardot team has also grown, more than doubling in size last year alone. We're focusing on building the best possible client experience, and our success is a direct reflection of how hard our employees work to meet and exceed that goal." The Pacesetter Award is the most recent addition to a series of awards the cloud marketing automation provider has received this year. In January, respected industry analyst firm Gleanster ranked Pardot "Best Overall Value" in their evaluation of the marketing automation vendor landscape, and in early April, Pardot was selected from among hundreds of technologies for the AlwaysOn OnDemand 100 Top Private Companies list. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution recently named Pardot the number one small business in Atlanta to work for during their annual Top Workplaces awards. Pardot also took home the award for best overall work-life balance.

"It's no coincidence that we've won all these different awards almost simultaneously," said Blitzer. "We take a lot of pride in our company culture, and we focus on maintaining an innovative, positive atmosphere for our employees. We believe that cultivating this atmosphere -- above all other factors -- is what has allowed us to enjoy such a successful growth trajectory over the past several years, and we will continue to emphasize employee and client satisfaction as we carry on this tradition of rapid growth."
