VanillaSoft - Appointment Setting Software Just Keeps Getting Better

Plano, TX, Apr 18, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- VanillaSoft, in its continuing quest to remain at the forefront of Appointment Setting Software, has released a new set of features and functionality for their already robust platform. The new features further enhance VanillaSoft's offering to companies engaged in setting appointments for their own in-house sales team, outside sales team or for professional service bureaus setting appointments for their clients.

Ken Murray, President of VanillaSoft, stated, "The feedback we receive from satisfied customers is amazing and remains paramount in continuing to deploy feature sets that wow." VanillaSoft's Appointment Setting Software is a vast improvement over basic telesales software and lead management software. Their appointment setting software is focused on driving better qualified appointments and, most importantly, more appointments by offering unparalleled lead routing married to amazing calendaring functionality.

The new release includes the ability to group and combine multiple calendars into a single view. This is perfect for complex appointment setting campaigns. Appointment setters can see their calendar, team calendars, and individual team member's calendars in a view that best suits their needs. This allows for more fluid appointment setting and puts all of the tools, views, leads and appointment recipients into a seamless view.

Murray previously stated that, "Appointment setting requires precise calendaring. Appointment setting software should do a few things really well. It should allow the appointment setters and the appointment receivers to clearly communicate availability, quotas and placement of appointments onto the calendar, allow calendar blocking and, of course, e-mail notification when an appointment has been added to a calendar. The goal is to free the appointment setter from all distractions except making the next call to set the next appointment. Let the software do the work." Additional feature enhancements include the mastering of time zones. Appointment setters will now have the ability to view calendars in their time zone, the appointment recipient's time zone, or the target contact's time zone. They can easily change the view ensuring that each person that will be calling the appointment, running the appointment and the person with whom the appointment is booked are in sync. This will all but eliminate missed bookings due to time zone errors. Color coding of appointments by different groupings ensure that even the most complex, heavily booked calendar will be easy to read, navigate and manage.
