RealityCorp Upgrades ClinTest Voice

Apr 13, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- RealityCorp announced the release of ClinTest Voice v4.0.

ClinTest Voice, an eClinical functional testing product utilized for the automated validation of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, has been upgraded with features and enhancements to accommodate the most diverse, complex, and dynamic IVR systems, according to the Company.

The upgraded release of ClinTest Voice (v4.0) aligns RealityCorp's validation products into a unified suite, providing a cohesive framework between ClinTest Voice v4.0 and its sister product, ClinTest Web v4.0. Utilizing the ClinTest suite of automated validation tools, Users will be able to shorten their Software Development Life Cycle on Web based or IVR system deliverables; allowing User's system(s) to be released into production faster, complete with automatically generated Objective Evidence that adheres to all applicable Good Clinical Practices and Good Documentation Practices. RealityCorp's primary objective is to provide Users next generation automation technology which saves both time and cost while not compromising on quality or process. All RealityCorp software was created by clinical industry professionals in order to expedite the eClinical SDLC while preserving the expectations and standards of any Regulatory Compliance group.

ClinTest Voice v4.0 provides automated validation of standard call flows utilizing voice-to-text capabilities to determine spoken prompt accuracy (up to 100 percent), as well as a full complement of XML file verification actions, File System verification actions, enhanced database interactions, and capabilities for entering text to speech inputs for IVR systems that support speech recognition.

"We are consistently striving for excellence and that is reflected in our latest release of ClinTest Voice v4.0," remarked Carlton Schowe, President and CEO of RealityCorp. "The goal of this release is to make everyone's life easier, without compromising quality, for those involved in the development, testing, and quality assurance of eClinical IVRS. Although ClinTest Voice provides the most complete objective evidence output reports in the market, the best feature of the product is that our Users will never have to pick up the phone to validate an IVR system again." RealityCorp, based in Wilmington, Delaware, focuses on eClinical automated testing products and services utilizing their proprietary automation framework, ClinTest.
