Boiron Upgrades to CRM's Mobile Intelligence for iPad and Xtelligence Analytics Suite

Apr 13, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Cegedim Relationship Management announced that Boiron USA is upgrading to the next generation CRM solution, Mobile Intelligence for iPad, in order to enable its commercial representatives and managers, both in the field and home office, with a holistic 360-degree view of its customer databases.

The Company said Boiron continues to expand distribution for its safe and natural over-the-counter (OTC) drugs in the U.S. market.

According to a release, Life Sciences companies demand solutions that will not be out-dated by market shifts or are dependent on numerous, costly updates. Mobile Intelligence for iPad enables Boiron USA with game-changing flexibility through configuration tools in order to maintain greater control over the application's deployment, scale and overall cost. Boiron USA's agreement also includes the ready-to-use analytics and reporting solution, Xtelligence, which delivers cross-enterprise performance dashboards that merge multi-source end user data for invaluable commercial analysis.
