Boiron Upgrades to CRM's Mobile Intelligence for iPad and Xtelligence Analytics Suite

Apr 13, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Cegedim Relationship Management announced that Boiron USA is upgrading to the next generation CRM solution, Mobile Intelligence for iPad, in order to enable its commercial representatives and managers, both in the field and home office, with a holistic 360-degree view of its customer databases.

The Company said Boiron continues to expand distribution for its safe and natural over-the-counter (OTC) drugs in the U.S. market.

According to a release, Life Sciences companies demand solutions that will not be out-dated by market shifts or are dependent on numerous, costly updates. Mobile Intelligence for iPad enables Boiron USA with game-changing flexibility through configuration tools in order to maintain greater control over the application's deployment, scale and overall cost. Additionally, a fully interactive hierarchical view of affiliation networks allows field users to map and analyze valuable influence networks on-the-go. Boiron USA commercial managers can now perform enhanced targeting and segmentation strategies in order to foster long-term relations with their OTC stakeholders.

Boiron USA's agreement also includes the ready-to-use analytics and reporting solution, Xtelligence, which delivers cross-enterprise performance dashboards that merge multi-source end user data for invaluable commercial analysis.

"We are truly delighted to advance our lasting partnership with Cegedim Relationship Management by upgrading to Mobile Intelligence for iPad. Over the years, Cegedim Relationship Management has provided the critical tools to further fulfil the growing retail and medical professional demand for our natural medicines," said Fabrice Figliolini, IT Manager, Boiron USA. "The 360-degree view of our customers enables analysis that was otherwise unavailable. In combination with Xtelligence, which delivers relevant KPIs to our business analysts, we have tangible insights on our commercial performance and how to tactically improve it." "Due to the current economic climate in the US, patients are now becoming more reliant on quality OTC medications for self-care. Now is a vital occasion for OTC providers to increase their share of voice and commercial productivity through the use of friendly, mobile CRM systems," explained Angela Miccoli, President North America of Cegedim Relationship Management. "Our renewed partnership will extend our support of Boiron and their long-term business goals." Cegedim Relationship Management is the Life Sciences' provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

Cegedim is a global technology and services company specializing in the healthcare field.
