Polycom Announces Partner Awards at TEAM Polycom 2012, Recognizing Excellence in Each Partner Category and for Innovation, Industry Focus, Services, and Integration

The annual TEAM Polycom Partner Awards showcase partners who exhibited outstanding sales performance in 2011 in each of the major partner categories and, this year, the company is also recognizing partners for excellence in innovation, industry focus, services, and integration.

At an awards ceremony in Orlando, Polycom presented global awards to partners whose achievements impact Polycom's business on a worldwide basis, along with theater awards for each of the company's four operating regions and country awards to partners that primarily do business within a single country.

In addition to established awards recognizing leaders in each key partner category, Polycom this year introduced a new series of Excellence Awards:

• Excellence in Innovation honors partners who demonstrated a unique or innovative approach to implementing Polycom solutions.
• Excellence in Industry recognizes partners that were successful in pursuing business within a major vertical industry, such as education, healthcare, or government.
• Excellence in Services recognizes partners who excelled in services, customer satisfaction and engagement with Polycom's services and sales teams.
• Excellence in Integration spotlights partners that successfully integrated Polycom solutions with a UC platform from a strategic alliance partner.
