Mar 30, 2012 (Daily News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Cheesecake Factory: The Calabasas Hills-based company has opened a store in Salt Lake City. The company now operates 171 full-service, casual dining restaurants throughout the U.S., including 157 restaurants under The Cheesecake Factory brand, 13 under the Grand Lux Cafe brand and one RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen.


The Children's Place: The Secaucus, N.J., children's specialty apparel retailer is opening a store in the Panorama City Mall on April 14.

Trevor Belden and Scott Romick: The principals of Lee & Associates LA North/Ventura Inc. inked two office leases totaling more than 6,600 square feet at 601 S. Glenoaks Blvd., in Burbank on behalf of the landlord Jamison Services.

Dale Canfield: The banking veteran has been named Wells Fargo & Co. district manager for the Santa Clarita Valley.
