Intacct Makes List of Top 20 Coolest Cloud Software Vendors [Manufacturing Close - Up]

(Manufacturing Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Intacct, a provider of cloud financial management and accounting software, announced it was named one of the "20 Coolest Cloud Software Vendors of 2012" as part of the list of the "100 Coolest Cloud Computing Vendors" by Everything Channel's CRN.

According to a release, this is the third year in a row Intacct has made this list.

In the listing, CRN editors noted: "Accounting software just got cool again. Intacct's cloud-based accounting and financial management offerings eliminate the need for businesses to support their own financial management software, hardware, backup and disaster recovery to let a business' focus return to where it should be: on the business." "It is quite an accomplishment to make accounting and financial management software cool, but that is just what we've done," said Taylor Macdonald, vice president of Channels at Intacct. "We hear over and over again from our channel partners how Intacct's cloud- based financial system is enabling them to grow their business, open up new markets, and have fun again. More importantly, our financial applications deliver unmatched ROI for their clients helping companies streamline financial processes and increase business visibility." Intacct is the cloud financial management company, bringing cloud computing to finance and accounting.
