Marcum Cronus Partners Pleased to Announce Sale of Mediachase Business to EPiServer

BOSTON --(Business Wire)--

Marcum Cronus Partners LLC (Marcum Cronus) is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mediachase in the sale of the e-commerce solution provider's business to EPiServer, an innovator in multichannel digital marketing and e-commerce software. Enabling EPiServer to expand its coverage in the U.S. market, the transaction combines Mediachase's easy-to-use e-commerce framework with EPiServer's existing digital marketing capabilities, creating an international provider offering solutions in next generation cross-channel digital and e-commerce. EPiServer began its relationship with Mediachase in 2009.
