Merrill Corporation Expands Datria Voice Solution

Denver, Colorado, Feb 01, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Datria Systems, Inc., an innovative provider of voice-enabled solutions for today's mobile workforce, today announced Merrill Corporation has expanded Datria's voice-enabling technology to increase productivity at an additional location. The company is using Datria Voice for filling document requests, which enables Merrill to batch pick fulfillment requests, improve efficiency and increase order fulfillment rates for its customers. In addition, the company is planning to roll out more applications using Datria Voice in early 2012. Datria's flexible, easy-to-use architecture allows Merrill's IT staff to add a new site from one centralized instance of Datria Voice without assistance to reduce Merrill's total cost of ownership.

"The positive impact and the performance we've witnessed with Datria Voice at our Sartell location have prompted us to expedite the rollout of voice picking to additional locations," said Murray Muff, warehouse manager, Merrill Corporation. "Because the Datria architecture is so flexible and leverages common components, we are able to add a location simply by putting in place the necessary wireless network components and connecting via our WAN to the Sartell office. We are going to be able to drive an even better ROI because our expansion costs are minimal. As we continue to add more sites and applications we will add even more value to our bottom line." "The Merrill expansion demonstrates the value and efficiencies Datria's voice-enabling technology offers through its flexible, easy-to-use architecture," said James Greenwell, president and CEO, Datria. "As companies add more sites and applications the total cost of ownership rapidly goes down. Merrill is able to take ownership to ensure the company is maintaining its core competencies and leveraging its own leadership capabilities." Merrill Corporation provides the world's leading legal, financial and corporate professionals with a suite of advanced services as well as secure web-based tools to gather, organize and manage the confidential and time-sensitive information related to their matters or transactions.
