RobotWorx Expands Staff to Better Serve Customer Integration and Design Needs

Marion, Ohio, May 31, 2011 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Ohio-based robot company RobotWorx recently added a number of new employees to its sales and technical departments. The goal is to provide RobotWorx' growing customer base with even better customer service, technical expertise, and cutting-edge integration solutions.

Newly promoted RobotWorx President Jarrod Bichon and CEO and founder Keith Wanner are spearheading these efforts. They are confident the new employees will allow the company to become even stronger and more progressive.

"We're delighted to gain such great customer service and technical people, all from the local Marion community," RobotWorx President Jarrod Bichon said.

One of the main areas of growth was the sales department. Salesman Jim Shaffer brings considerable experience and energy to the team. Also, for the first time, RobotWorx will have a salesperson dedicated to CAD and robot simulation, Jason Oldfield.

"Now customers will be starting off with a graphical representation of their robotic system," Bichon said. "It's easier to make an informed decision when you can see exactly how your cell will function and what it will look like." Two other departments that were expanded were manufacturing and robot integration. RobotWorx hired a new manufacturing foreman, Kreg Knight, who will oversee the fabrication and robot reconditioning teams.

Three new robot technicians, Phil Putman, Kyle Tannyhill, and Brian Scrote, also joined the RobotWorx ranks. Robot technicians are vital members of RobotWorx' integration team. These robotics specialists build and integrate complex robotic systems and provide customer support on-site and over the phone.

About RobotWorx: RobotWorx has been integrating industrial robots since 1992. A FANUC Authorized System Integrator, Motoman Solution Provider, and KUKA Robotics Partner, RobotWorx designs and builds workcells for a number of applications, including arc welding, cutting, material handling, machine tending, dispensing, and assembly.
