AOL, One of Germany's Leading Internet Companies, Has Chosen NetCentrex to Deliver Advanced Residential IP Telephony Services

PARIS, April 5 /PRNewswire/ --

- AOL Will Use NetCentrex' MyCall(R) Residential Solution to Introduce
New SIP-based Services on the German Residential Market

NetCentrex(R) (www.netcentrex.net), the leading enabler of
converged voice-video-data networks and next-generation services, and AOL,
one of Germany's leading Internet companies and part of the world's biggest
media company Time Warner, announced today that AOL will deliver residential
broadband IP telephony services in Germany based on NetCentrex' MyCall(R)
solution.

AOL will use the NetCentrex solution to extend existing broadband
Internet services into the voice communications market, adding value to its
current offer and opening up new integrated services.

"AOL's choice of NetCentrex was based on the company's extensive
experience and technical expertise for large scale deployments among IP
solution suppliers," states Jens Pape, Vice President Technology and
Operations, AOL Germany. "MyCall is a proven solution which enables us to
introduce a wide variety of advanced communications services to our customers
today."

"With over 1 million residential voice lines already deployed worldwide
and over 40 operator references, NetCentrex' experience in IP communications
speaks for itself," states Olivier Hersent, Chairman and CTO of NetCentrex.
"NetCentrex customers are currently activating over 4,000 voice lines per day
and we are delighted that AOL will be boosting that figure. The introduction
of SIP -based IP telephony services to existing and new ADSL users opens up
new market opportunities for AOL such as Voice Mail and end-user Selfcare.
Compliance with regulatory constraints such as Local Number Portability and
Lawful Intercept, will simplify commercialization."

"The deployment of NetCentrex' MyCall(R) residential solution enables AOL
to introduce a sophisticated offer on the German market," adds Boris DEZIER,
General Manager Germany and CEE. "Where other service providers only offer IP
telephony as a 2nd line service, AOL delivers voice with the quality level of
a normal ISDN line. This enables the company to target existing and new
subscribers, to differentiate their offer on a competitive market and
generate ARPU within a long term, profitable service strategy."
